CODE OF ETHICS

Organisation, management and control system

Opocrin S.p.A., in compliance with what is provided for in Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 laying out “Rules governing the administrative accountability of legal persons, companies and associations, including those without legal personality”, has adopted its own Organisation, Management and Control System.

To this end, it has appointed an independent and autonomous Supervisory Body designated to monitor compliance with the provisions set forth in its Organisation, Management and Control System and Code of Ethics, the General Part of which is available at the following link.

Whistleblowing Internal Reporting Channel

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019 (so-called Whistleblowing Directive), Opocrin S.p.A. has activated and makes available to its employees and stakeholders an internal channel (Whistleblowing platform) to submit and report violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions, detrimental to the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity, of which they have become aware in the work context.
